What are Product Mode and Policy Mode?
Product mode payment has been received for our products, where as for policy mode,
Distributor will receive a policy of LIC and can
avail the benefits of Buy “N” Earn Concepts for life
time.

How
can I join through Product Mode?
To become a Product
mode Distributor of Buy “N” Earn Concepts, follow the given steps
below:
1. Make the payment.
2. Inform us about your payment and requirement.
3. Get the confirmation on your Email and mobile.
4. You will receive the products at your place with in 10 working days.
How can I make the payment for Product Mode?
The best thing which you can do, transfer the amount online in any of our
bank account either by net banking or by Cheque. If you don’t have account in any
of our bank account mentioned below, then make the demand draft in favour of
Buy “N” Earn Concepts. Payable at Ahmedabad and send it to our
postal address along with the "Product code mentioned in Application Form for DD
Payments".

Note:
1. don't deposit the cheques of other banks for clearance in any of our bank account
as we don't accept clearance cheques, however if deposited by mistake then the activation
of those cheques will be given after 7days of clearance.
2. don't deposit cash in any of our bank account as we don't accept cash, however
if deposited by mistake then the activation will be done when we will receive the
original receipt of payment at our postal address along with 2% penalty.
Registration will only be done when we will receive the original receipt of payment
at our postal address along with the Rs 50 penalty.
How can I inform you about the payment for Product Mode?
In case of online
account transfer, you have to fill "form for products form the distributor login
area.
How will I get registered for Product Mode & when will I get my product?
When you register online at our web for distributor application you will
get your id no. then you can make your payments. To our icici bank account with
your unique id no and transaction id and fax or mail it to the
admin@buynearn.co.in
your id will be activated for the admin after confirmation of the payments , and
then your products will be dispatched for the company and will reach you with in
10 working days.
When your payment will be verified, you will get the confirmation
msg on your Email, as mentioned by you in the
Application Form. If your mobile is
being registered with us then Details
will also go to your mobile through SMS so that you
do not have to open your Email account each time.
If you don't receive our Email, then please check your Spam folder and also add
our Email address to your address book to receive our Emails in your inbox.
How can I join through Policy Mode?
To become a Policy
mode Distributor of Buy “N” Earn Concepts, follow the given steps
below:
1. Make the D.D. OR Cheque in favour of Life Insurance Corporation of
India
, Payable at Ahmedabad.
2. Get the proposal form from any branch
office.
3. Make a photo copy of Proposal form and fill it.
4. Take the signature of the applicant on the original empty proposal form.
5. Send the filled photo copy proposal form, signed original proposal form, and
D.D. along with the age proof, ID proof, address proof, and passport size photograph..

7. confirmation will be sent on your Email when your Policy will be accepted by
LIC Of India . Click on link and follow the steps.
If you don't receive our Email, then please check your Spam folder and also add

7. Take the signature of the applicant on the proposal form.
8. Make the D.D. in favour of LIC OF
INDIA. Payable at “your
city” or you can even carry cash.
9. Deposit the proposal form, and D.D. or cash along with the age proof, ID proof,
address proof, and 1 passport size photograph to the
nearest LIC OFFICE.
10. Fill the "distributor Application Form Submited to Branch Office of LIC" which
you can download it from our download section fax it on our office number or you can also send
a scanned copy of it to sales@buynearn.co.in
What is Buy “N”
Earn Concepts ID?
Buy “N”
Earn Concepts
ID is a unique identification number of your Distributorship
through which you can refer new distributors as well as you can login to your purchase
account with your password to check your business status online.
What is Bonus points?
Buy “N” Earn Concepts will credit Bonus points on a weekly
basis to your bne account . you earn weekly income through Buy “N” Earn Concepts , Distributor can redeem his/her rewards points against new purchase ,
new joining , or even cash form the company within 5 years from the date of purchase.
Is this program legal?
Yes of course! We always keep our eyes on legal issues so that company
should not be involved in any illegal practices. Company has its own advisory panel,
consisting senior legal consultants who are highly educated, well qualified, very
experienced and extraordinarily specialized in their own fields.
We also have all
the registrations and certifications to run our business fluently which can be found
in our legal section
I want to transfer my

Earn Concepts ID, is it possible?
No! Not at all, it can only be transferred to your nominee after your expiry.
What is Recurring Bonus points?
Recurring bonus points is the most important and fabulous part of our plan. Here you get
bonus each week whether you are an active distributor or inactive distributor, either
you are successful in building your downline or you failed to join any distributor
under you but still you will get announced recurring bonus points each week as Bonus
point according to products chosen.
What is direct Income?
If you sponsor any one in your down line organization as distributor
you will get flat commission of Rs 500. You can sponsor any no of people in your down line
What is Spill Income?
After sponsoring direct two people in the business
you can spill your direct referral underneath your sponsored people for that you
get extra income of Rs 500 each
(i.e.
For each spill.) (ForGold, Diamond and platinum plan)
What is Binary Income?
You also get 1 x 2 or 2 x 1 unlimited Binary Income. You will get Rs 1000 on each
pair to your left and right side in case of Product Mode. Up to unlimited depth,
with a capping of one hundred pair weekly,( one lac rupees payout per week) ( for
gold, Diamond & platinum binary in silver plan will be @ 500 Rs.)
Binary
payout will be released weekly …on every SATURDAY, Closing will be done on every
Monday 12:00 P.M.
Do I need any special skills, education, or experience to join your referral
program?
No special skills, education, or experience are necessary.
Can I take multiple joining?
yes. Our system will accept multiple entries however you can put entries
in the name of your family members also.
May I introduce my family?
Yes, of course.
How often do I get paid my commissions by your company?
Our payout date for Recurring Bonus, Direct Income and
binary payout is every Saturday,We are running weekly payout system.
closing will be done every Monday. 12:P.M.
How will I receive my commissions?
We follow the fastest payment mode which is online fund transfer, however
if due to some technical reason it will not be possible for you then we will dispatch
the multi city cheque or D.D. to your address. Banking and postal expense will be
deducted from payout if applicable.
Will we get the account transfer in all the banks?
No, core banking is necessary for account transfer facility however, we
only give this facility to I.C.I.C.I. ,Rest we are providing pay
direct cards or cheques.
I have already submitted my bank detail but still I haven’t got my payout where
as every body has got?
Oh! That means you have submitted wrong bank information and it would had
been transferred to some other account or it would be pending in bank’s suspense
account. In this case you have to contact us to resolve your problem, however if
it will be transferred to wrongly entered account number then we will not be able
to help you. We strongly recommend you to be very careful when you are entering
bank information and not to disclose your password to any body.
How long should it take before I start to receive my Recurring
Bonus points of my Product purchase?
We distribute weekly commissions so after one week you will have the announced Recurring
Bonus in your account on every week.
How long should
it take before I start to receive my Recurring Bonus of my
purchase?
After approx. 1month from your investment. When we get the commission
from insurance company, after acceptance of your policy,
You can check from your login area about your status of
your purchase account. However, our Recurring Bonus payout will start weekly.
How long should
it take before I start to receive my direct Income?
We distribute Direct Income weekly so after one week of login you will
have the announced commission in your bank account , paycard or by cheque.
Note: bank fee of Rs400/- will be debited from the pay card when the first commission
will be generated and card will be mailed to you.
How long should
it take before I start to receive my Binary Income?
Just after a week, if you submitted the business before monday closing time. Then
you will receive Binary commission on it on the coming Saturday.
Why you send SMS?
We are paying for this service to provide our Distributors the best service
as well as it also improves the security level in terms of password hacking etc.
Why should I register my mobile number?
If you want to receive SMS of all information sent to your Email address
so that you do not have to open your Email each time when you are signing up a new
distributor then only you have to register your mobile number with us, otherwise
there is no need of registering your mobile number at all.
My mobile is registered but still I am not getting SMS when I login?
That means your mobile number has not been updated or wrongly updated in
your profile. By registering your mobile number, you only get SMS of your account transfers. Login to your account and check your profile and do the needful
to update your correct mobile number
Every body is getting SMS of all the happening of the company, why I am not
getting?
It happens when your mobile number has not been submitted or wrongly submitted with
your profile. Update your correct mobile number to receive SMS from us.
Why some time I don’t get SMS even my correct mobile number is being updated?
It may happen some time because this service is not 100% accurate. We send
all the SMS according to our program but some time it doesn’t reaches the subscriber
due to many technical reasons. It is done by SMS service providers and no service
provider can guarantee for 100% accuracy.
How can I change my address and other details?
Just login to your
account with your Buy “N” Earn Concepts ID and password and click on change profile, enter the details and then
click submit.
How can I change my name?
You can’t change your name however if there is some spelling mistake then
call at our office numbers and ask them to correct the mistake.
How can I submit my PAN number?
You have to send a copy of your
PAN card to our office address to update your PAN number.
How can I submit my bank details?
Just login to your
account with your Buy “N” Earn Concepts ID and password and click on bank detail , enter the details and then click
submit. It will not be visible immediately because it will be updated from the company
as a security measure and it will be visible in the next 2 working days.
I forgot to enter my mobile number at the time of joining,
now how can I update my mobile number?
You have to send
your ID proof along with your Buy “N” Earn Concepts ID and mobile number to the
company and it will be updated within 2 working days.
How can I check my joining date?
Just login to your
account with your Buy “N” Earn Concepts ID and password and click on genealogy and then place your mouse on first
image which represents your Buy “N” Earn Concepts ID, your joining
date will be visible.
I have forgotten my password, how can I retrieve it?
You can retrieve it from the option forgot password from login page. Just click
on it and follow the steps.
When my Distributorship will expire?
It will expire after 1 year from the date of your joining.
How can I renew my Distributorship?
Before expiree of your Distributorship, you will have to pay Rs. 250 to renew
your Distributorship to get your Direct Income and Binary Income. Your purchase
amount, Refund Policy and Recurring Bonus will not affect the expiree of your Distributorship.
That means you just have to renew your Distributorship if you want to refer new
Distributor and get Direct Income and Binary Income.
What about my profits if my Distributorship expired?
If you failed to renew your Distributorship then you will not be entitled
for the Direct Income and Binary Income. However if you pay the penalty of Rs. 500
within a month of your expiree then you will start receiving both the income there
after.
What if I don’t renew my Distributorship?
If you will not renew your Distributorship then you will not get Direct
Income and Binary Income but you will be receiving your Recurring Bonus regularly.
What is spam?
Sending out of unsolicited e-mail (bulk mail) with the BNE name, any of our web
site or e-mail addresses either directly, or indirectly to anyone that has not requested
this information from you first; Post ads to news groups you are not allowed to;
Messages posted to Usenet, message boards, etc. that are off-topic; We do not permit
spamming in any form and other forms of Internet abuse to get referrals. Any Distributor
that spam will immediately have their Distributorship terminated and will not receive
any earnings.
How is my privacy protected?
We do not sell or rent you personal information. From time to time, as
a Distributor, You will receive our e-mail messages and our special offers available
only to Our Distributors.
I am sending fax, but I am not getting fax tone, now what to do?
It happens some time because of rush. Either the line will be busy or it will be
on call waiting, you keep trying you will get the fax tone however if you are trying
from more than 1 hour then kindly call our office numbers to resolve your problem.
I am calling your office numbers, but no body picks up the phone?
Our office timing is between 10:30 am to 6:30 pm so call only in between
the above mentioned hours, however if you are calling in between above mentioned
hours then all our customer care executive would be busy, generally it happens on
every closing day (monday), and last date of the month so you keep trying your
call will be answered as soon as they will be free.
I sent a mail, but why I didn’t get any reply from your company?
That means, we have not received your Email. It happens some time due to
spam filtration or spelling mistake while typing the Email address. First check
the confirmation Email in your inbox
or spam folder which is an auto responder to
confirm you that we have received your Email and if you don’t find our confirmation
Email in your inbox or spam folder then kindly type our Email address properly and
send it again. . However if you are typing it correctly then try to send it from
some other Email address as it would be stopped by our spam filtering system.
If
you don't receive our Email in your inbox, then please check your Spam folder and
also add our Email address to your Addressbook to receive our Emails in your
inbox.
I sent a mail and even I have got your auto responder, but why I didn’t get
any reply from your company?
Please check your Spam folder and also add our Email address to your Addressbook
to receive our Emails in your inbox. However the Emails are generally replied within
2 working days. If it has not been answered in even 2 working days then register
a complaint to our complaint department so that we can improve our service.
